Self Portraits in Transition
Black and white nature photography from 2022-2026.
Who are you when undergoing radical change? I was told that part of every photograph was a self-portrait of the photographer. This series draws upon Jungian shadow work and Minor White’s philosophy of photography, allowing the photographer to channel their unconscious through trance states. The resulting images are then examined, seeking the self-portrait of the unconscious.
Visual Noise

Perspective and perception together form how we interact with the world. Visual Noise draws upon influences of Lee Friedlander & Harry Callahan and first seeks to translate the sensory experience of neurodivergence, before exploring the unique challenges and potential for beauty through the perceptual filters.
